  • What do I do if my item arrives broken?

    If your item arrives broken, you will need to contact me via the contact link at the bottom of every page. Photos of the item must be included in your email. In order to receive a full refund, you would need to submit this claim within 5 days of delivery.

  • What is wrong with the piece I just received?

    Because each piece is handmade, there will be some minor, natural faults in every piece I make. It’s a, for the most part, unavoidable issue when dealing with ceramics.

  • Is every piece food safe?

    NO, but every piece that is meant for the use of eating or drinking WILL be food safe. This is an important question because some glazes contain lead rendering it unsafe for consumption.

  • How long does shipping take?

    An order will ship out within 5 business days once order is confirmed. I use only USPS ground shipping at this time.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, not at this time. But hopefully in the future!

  • Does the wall art come with hanging hardware?

    No, but to hang a wall art piece it only takes your normal picture frame hook.

  • What clay do you use?

    I use a mid-fire white clay mostly. I also have used mid-fire speckled clays and red clays.
